Director of Operations

The Director of Operations position will oversee all day to day operations of the company. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, you must have a positive attitude for this position, you must be able to lead small, medium, and large groups, understand budgets and P&L's, be able to work within budgets, have a working knowledge of retail sales, food service, QSR and sit down restaurants, must be able to deal with issues as they arise and figure out the quickest, best, and most cost effective way to resolve the issue. Must be able to take direction and also direct others in a manner in which a team atmosphere and mindset is always the goal and is always present. Must be able to help others become better and stronger in their positions.  Looking to forward team members in their positions and to see what direction they want to go within the company and where they would best be placed. To be able to hire quality candidates for different positions within the company if needed, to oversee each location through the management levels of the company, to be able to help grow the company for many years to come, and be part of that plan and strategy. This position will require the selected candidate to have no less than 5 years in Retail and or Food Service management. Have overseen several hundred people, multiple locations in excess of 15 and must have a team mentally. Must be able to work well with others and under timelines and pressure. Must have that leadership quality and always is looking forward and prepares, then to sit back and react. This is not an ivory tower position where you will be barking orders. You need to understand all aspects of the company to help make it better and stronger. That means understanding the company, its principles, procedures, and people to help make this the best place to work at in our industry.
