Restaurant Manager - Fond du Lac, WI

This position is to help supervise our food services within the restaurant. You will need to be SERV SAFE Certified for this position. You need to be a self-motivated and organized individual who enjoys learning new things, taking on new challenges, and is willing to help build your restaurant team. You must be able to supervise and coordinate all culinary activities. Oversee guest services and resolve issues. You need to ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation, train and manage kitchen staff, create and adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. This position requires a minimum of an Associate’s degree in Business, 5 years of work related experience, strong leadership qualities, excellent written and communications skills, well organized, strong attention to detail and above all, the love and passion of making great food at a good price.
